"Certified Transmission took really good care of us from start to finish. Got our car towed, diagnosed and repaired in 2 days! Plus 6 months financing with no interest! Thank you Andrew for working so diligently on our behalf!"
"Yes folks there are still honest people with integrity in the world and some of them work for certified transmission. I called CT thinking an elderly lady had a bad transmission, they picked up the car and a day later called and said it was not transmission. this was a perfect chance for them to take advantage and make more money but they did not. you guys deserve notice."
"Our Jeep needed a new transmission. Our regular mechanic referred us to Certified Transmission. The staff were friendly and kept in contact with us while our car was being serviced. Because of the communication between us, we feel we received exceptional service. Scott even let me steal a pen from him. This is a business I would recommend over and over."
"The crew at Certified did a great job on my Chevy, the replacement transmission is better than the original. I was told up front what my cost would be, no hidden surprises Andrew was vary professional and answered all my questions with confidence. I would Definitely use them again."
"For the last three years I have been driving a 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The transmission has always operated poorly and would not shift past third gear. This, as you can imagine, has made my daily drives very difficult. I had taken my jeep to two mechanics, and another transmission shop and was informed each time that I need to purchase an entire new transmission. I am not exactly rolling in money so it was pretty daunting. The quotes were all sitting around 2,500 bucks. Finally I took my Jeep into Certified Transmission on Frontage Road after hearing a radio commercial that they would take her out for a drive and give the system a look over and they would do it for free. After looking it over they told me that they needed two more hours, that I would have to pay for and they would get to the bottom of the problem. I said alright. Then the next day they called and said that not only had they identified the problem, they had been able to fix it, and it would not cost me a dime over the agreed upon two hour charge. Certified Transmission saved my butt. For $195 they solved one of my biggest problems. Jeep runs like a dream. I have been in an immensely better mood ever since. They also have great key chains at the front desk. If I ever have another transmission problem, I know where I am going. Thanks Certified Transmission on Frontage Road. You guys are great Americans."
"Very pleased with the professional attitude that this location has. Thanks and I will be back in 2 weeks so you can double check all work that was done. Also the loaner car, a 1999 Ford Taurus was a well maintained vehicle."
"I wanted to stop and take time to let you know how impressed I was when I had my Tacoma pickup in your shop in Kansas. I had taken it to another company and they quickly informed me that I needed a new transmission to fix my problem I was having at a cost of aprox. $5000. My wife had seen your add on TV and liked the idea of a father / daughter business, having just sold a family owned business. I was very impressed as soon as I walked in and the area was clean and the customer service person was very professional and seemed to care about the issue I was having. Early the next morning I received a call saying that If I would allow them a couple more hours Jerry your transmission specialist would like to do some research on the vehicle. I received a call about two hours later saying that I did not need a new transmission and that with what Jerry and found on the Toyota web sight, he recommended I take it to Toyota and have them upgrade the software that works with the transmission and drivetrain. My charge was about $200 for a full service and to pull and replace the pan. Toyota was a little surprised that I had received the information so correctly from another competitor. Without this information, I feel I would have been told again that the issue was major. One day later they called to tell me my truck was ready and there would not be a charge. Please let your staff know that I was very thankful and will recommend you to whoever I hear has issues with their car or truck. I will also use you for the trucks and cars that I use in my company."
