I was driving back home alone with two small grandchildren when my car began to shift funny. It was noisy and sometimes it would shift fast, other times slow. By chance, I stopped at the Certified Transmission shop in Olathe. Jeff, the manager, was very courteous to us. Right away, he checked the fluid levels. The courteous and excellent service continued although the transmission problem was determined to be low transmission fluid. The fluid was replaced and the children and I went on our way!
