Wow, the technicians at Certified Transmission in Blue Springs are great! My truck broke down on the drive home to Lee's Summit the other day as I took a shortcut through a neighborhood that I probably should not have driven through. Eric was great, got me a tow truck, and made sure I was OK until a family member picked me up and had my newly rebuilt transmission replaced within 3 days. Great job all around. Thank you!
