I was presented with a car not long ago and was told it had a transmission problem. So I asked my mechanic who to bring it to and he said "take it to Jake at Certified's transmission shop in Grandview". And although I live in Lees Summit, I decided to take my mechanic's advice. The service I received was remarkable, and Jack and Gary were exceptional with handling the problem diagnosis, not to mention being very helpful with making the right decision on financing the job. Once I had my end of things in order, these gentlemen had my car back to me fast. I was not expecting this type of service at all, and I highly recommend that if you need a transmission fixed, bring it to Certified Transmission in Grandview and let them do the job right, and at the right price!
