I have a 1999 Dodge Grand Caravan that is VERY difficult to read the transmission fluid level. Had some unfortunate experiences in the past with other places when checking these levels and they have either over filled, or took too much fluid out. I was concerned that there must be a serious problem with my transmission...HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised when I encountered the knowledgeable service tech, Barry, at Certified that was able to adjust the level so I was no longer experiencing my transmission slipping issue. I brought my van back the next day and had routine service maintenance done and it is running better than ever. Thanks for the honest customer care and service. Also, Cindy and Donnie in the office were most pleasant and helpful taking care of my concerns. Tt was a fun place to wait while the work was being done. I would HIGHLY recommend Certified Transmission to anybody looking for honest and experienced transmission service.
