Although the diagnostic results were a huge disappointment to me and a bit of a surprise, I am very glad I decided to take the car to Certified's transmission shop in Independence for a diagnosis before putting money in the car. I chose Certified because I saw all the reviews stating the direct honesty they received from their customer service. I was not disappointed either. I can not believe how thorough they were in the diagnostic not to mention explaining everything in detail and in terms that I could understand.
